We invited Jasmine Hemsley, wellness guru, bestselling author and co-founder of
Hemsley + Hemsley to style her five favourite KITRI pieces.

I wore this to the screening of The Greatest Showman, as it was glitzy enough for such a film, perfect for this festive time of year and super comfy while designed to get noticed! I also love that it's turmeric colour, which just about sums me up. I've already worn this dress as a jacket to fancy up some cropped or flared jeans and a white tee so I know this will take me through all seasons.

A pantsuit is usually my worst nightmare!I can remember working in an office and wearing something smart was the bain of my life because with a classic cut of trouser you'd usually have to wear heels, and with sitting all day the bottom would get baggy and the jackets were always a bit restrictive. Now this pantsuit I can't stop wearing, and it's a no brainer - I just pop it on - sometimes with a polo neck or just a long sleeved top. I can pair it with a smart pair of fresh white trainers or grunge it up with some old sneakers and thanks to the high waist means your legs look long anyway. It's also really versatile -it's navy striped trousers go with everything and I love throwing the jacket over something knitted with jeans as there is room enough in the boxy double breasted fit. I went to the signing of my friend Melinda Stevens’ new Conde Nast Escapes book in Notting Hill, had dinner with friends and then popped into my cafe in Selfridges before it closed to see all the Christmas decorations and to sign my new cookbook, East by West.
Day 3 - Mabel Pink Roll Neck Jumper (Sold Out) & Fernanda Vinyl Midi Skirt
What can I say- I'm a child of the 80's! You won't usually find me in pink, I've been a tomboy for most of my life but I do love colour and pink seems to be creeping into my wardrobe more. Super stylish and slouchy, it kind of looks good whichever way you wear it because the oversized look hangs so well. I'm also one for having a warm neck as well as head so in this cooler weather it means no scarf while looking cute peeking out of whatever coat or jacket I throw on over it. The pvc style skirt works both day and night, and as someone who you won't often find in a skirt I can vouch that it's a comfy one. I team it with white boots or white trainers for the day. This is me at Wellcome Kitchen testing my new menu for the Wellcome Museum where I'm teaming Ayurvedic recipes from my book East by West with their exhibition for Ayurvedic Man - a fascinating look at the thousands of years of Indian medicine.

Anyone will 'get' this outfit. Even the in-laws! It's a great way to wear something universal, which still has a bit of flair thanks to the crop of trouser and the feather trim. I imagine my mother in law might actually fancy a pair herself. Emerald green while being particularly festive at this time of year is not a colour that's often available so no fear of looking like someone else at a party. And the pants would look easily good on a little getaway somewhere with a vest, sunnies and a pair of simple slides.Day 5 - Rebecca Red Crew Neck Jumper & Fernanda Vinyl Midi Skirt
I'm a knitwear fan, and I'm also soft and slouchy where possible and this statement jumper is equally great with flared jeans. Even though it's oversized it's not bulky and it tucks in nicely to trousers or skirts to give it a new shape each time and show off any waistband detail. I love that the sleeves are long enough to cover cold hands in the winter and will peep out of jackets and coats refreshing their look. I can see myself wearing this on chilly summer evenings with cut off shorts or a full-length beach dress.
