2. Wellcome Trust/Collection

This is where I come to get stuff done. In a grand old building on Euston Road it holds a quiet space for you to work or study. And when you need a break you can take a walk around the incredible exhibitions including the current Ayurvedic Man exhibit which explores the ancient Indian medicine which has been my personal passion.

A little hideaway in Fitzrovia run by my friend Andrea Pfeffer a self-confessed beauty addict who wanted to create an all natural, bespoke and unbiased clinic for facials using quality products and the very best treatments available that she sources. If you want to get away from anything too brand led for a while then this comes highly recommended!

4. Borough Market

Always a source of foodie inspiration and home to some of my favourite suppliers like Chegworth Valley (the best selection of apples) and Wild beef which do everything from raw honey and eggs to championing nose to tail eating - a much more conscious way to consume. It’s a real tourist destination now but why not when it’s one of London’s gems.
5. Frame

I’ve been a member for years and Frame has been a go to for a wide range of classes but you’ll find me there mostly in leggings and a hoody chilling out to Yin, relaxation or candlelit yoga and any classes or workshops run by Andy Yogalinsky who reads beautiful poems while you get to take a break and get back to yourself.
