We love a good throw-on-and-go style, the kind of piece that looks great with pretty much anything and makes getting ready in the morning a lot easier. Our utility styles are designed to do exactly that, offering maximum style for minimum effort. We're sold!

We called on one of our #KITRIgirls Julia Safe, Queen of utility and fellow jumpsuit enthusiast, to style some of her favourites pieces.

"Boilersuits and jumpsuits have been my go-to for years, so I jumped at the chance to shoot KITRI's utility styles in some fun, tongue in cheek locations. Mechanic chic anyone?!"

I have a penchant for shopping, interiors and art, and am a self-confessed cat lady and proud. On my Instagram account @juliaindisguise I share my personal style, fashion and beauty favourites and my new home renovations. I tend to wear whatever makes me feel really excited when I put it on.  This means that my style can change from day to day, but I know what styles and cuts suit me best.

Jule Chambray Boiler Suit

For this shoot I styled one of my favourite pieces - the boilersuit! I absolutely love this style of clothing because it's so versatile and can easily be dressed up with a pair of heels and a smart jacket or dressed down with some chunky trainers and a roll neck. I adore retro styling, especially taken from the '60s and '70s in particular which I’m heavily influenced by. I'll often add a beret or bakerboy hat to really complete the look.

Jumpsuits have been my go-to for years and my favourite way of styling them is with ankle boots and a slim turtleneck knit underneath, which I like to mix up with colours and patterns to add a little more interest to the outfit. I paired a striped turtleneck underneath the Monica Red Tailored Jumpsuit and love how the jumpsuit makes the red stripes pop.

The utilitarian trend isn't limited to all-in-ones, as these utility trousers have proven. I'm a big fan of the flattering high-waist and the oversized pockets. I love that they can be paired with different boots; yellow for when I'm feeling brave and leopard print for when I want to keep the tones neutral.

I love the '70s feel of the Blanca Utility Jumpsuit. It's the perfect throw-it-on-and-go style, flattering contrast stitching and the option of cinching my waist in with the belt. I've paired mine with white boots and a pair of sunnies for those perfect crisp days.
