Harlow Pink Wavy Tile Mini Dress

I got a different Harlow dress in the exact same size which fit perfectly but sadly this didn't fit even over my hips which was very strange. The fabric is great but I can't really recommend which is a shame. The other dresses I got in the same order were excellent which made this an anomaly.
