Graphic inspiration arrives from the illustrations of French artist Christian Bérard. The essence of elegance of Cecil Beaton's Margot Fonteyn portraits are certainly something to ask your barre teacher about. Together, their depictions of otherwordly grace and intensity of dance deeply shaped our designs and how they move - soft, flowing silhouettes, bias cuts, and fluid draping.
