Can I place an order after Monday 12th September?
Yes, absolutely! Any orders placed after 3pm on Monday 12th September will be dispatched on Tuesday 20th September.

Have you received my returned items?
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund as soon as possible. If you haven't heard from us, please check with Royal Mail or if you're outside the UK, please check with your chosen courier. Still can't find your return? Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Unfortunately we can only help if you have retained the proof of postage.
If you returned your items for an exchange, your replacement (subject to stock availability) will be dispatched on Tuesday 20th September.
