Archive Sale Terms & Conditions

The KITRI Online Archive Sale is valid while stocks last, unless otherwise extended or withdrawn. Prices are as marked. All sales are considered final - no refunds, exchanges or credit notes will be issued unless an item is faulty. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be applied to previous purchases.

KITRI reserves the right to exclude certain products or remove items from the sale at any time.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required under consumer protection laws in your local jurisdiction (e.g. EU, UK, Monaco and Norway).

To initiate a return under these rights, please email your order number and the issue with your item to help@kitristudio.com.

Discounts

Archive Sale discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions. All prices are final at the time of purchase. No additional discounts can be applied.

Order Processing

During the Archive Sale, orders placed before 2PM GMT (Monday to Friday) will be shipped the same day (excluding bank holidays).
Orders placed after 2PM will be dispatched the following working day.
Orders placed after 2PM on Friday will ship the following Monday.

Shopping Cart / Product Holds

Please note: Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Items are only secured once payment is completed.

Faulty Items

An item is classified as faulty if it arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault within a reasonable period of time. Items damaged through normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.

If you receive a faulty item, please contact help@kitristudio.com with your order number and a description (or image) of the fault.
